Historically a Southern Tradition, the Groom’s Cake has become a favorite throughout the Wedding World. In particular, the infamous armadillo cake in the movie “Steel Magnolias” drove the age old tradition to soaring popularity. It used to be chocolate only, but now is more importantly the groom’s favorite flavor. AND it is supposed to be dedicated exclusively to the groom, depicting his personality.
