All of the cakes of Creative Wedding Cakes is baked on site, and frozen for less than 10 days. All fillings with the exception of the Cherry and Bavarian Cream are made by Carol from her exclusive private recipes. There are no color additives. Frosting is a wonderfully light whipped cream, boasting richness and flavor, without the heavy texture of buttercream or fondant.

Cake Flavors and Fillings

Apple spice – a blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves, mixed with chunks of real apple, and mixed together with chopped walnuts. Filled with the candied walnut center, makes
a wonderful Autumn, Winter delight.

Banana Nut – No fake banana flavoring here!... actual banana not only mixed and baked in the cake, but the filling is Bavarian filling with slices of fresh bananas.

Black Forest – Deep, rich Devil’s Food Chocolate cake, filled with a saturation of Kirsch Brandy, topped with cherry filling of cherry bits, and then finished off with chocolate shavings in whipping cream. Amazing!!

Carrot Cake – Made with buttermilk, grated carrots and chopped walnuts. Filled with my luscious Cream Cheese Filling, my Carrot Cake is loved by Carrot Cake Haters!!

Chocolate – Deep, Dark, Moist, Intense… made with Mayonnaise, and filled with the heavenly Dutch Fudge, Bavarian Cream, or Raspberry filling. Unforgettable! And remember, it goes well with beer.

German Chocolate –A lighter chocolate cake, again made with mayonnaise, and filled with an incredible Carol version of the German Chocolate coconut/walnut filling.

Lemon – Fragrant, light, heavenly, filled with a choice of Raspberry, Lemon Cream or Lemon Cream Cheese (made from fresh squeezed lemons and grated fresh lemon zest)

Red Velvet – a cake of cocoa origin, deep red, and complimented with Carol’s delightful Cream Cheese Filling.

Strawberry – Amazing Strawberry cake, refreshing pink in color, strawberry intense, and filled with Carol’s Strawberry filling that has actual chunks of strawberries in the mix. Also wonderful with the Bavarian Filling

White Cake – light, airy, delicate, a favorite of all. Can be filled with Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry, Bavarian Cream, Dutch Fudge, Cream Cheese, Lemon Cream Cheese, or Fresh Banana.

GLUTEN FREE: Yellow cake, with Raspberry, Strawberry, Lemon, Lemon Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Dutch Fudge Filling. Also Available, Carrot Cake !!!!!
